Ryan's new office!

Ryan just got home from an 8 day business trip and I was very busy while he was gone...

In an effort to give Ryan a little more personal work space (and quiet room to concentrate!) he now has his very own office just off of our garage!

Let me explain where this room came from: The people that owned the house before us used to brew their own beer. Because of this, they framed a small room off of the garage (I guess the garage would have been sorta "L" shaped because even with this room added, we still have a full two car garage) and added a vent for heating/cooling. The room has lots of shelves in it for storage, and is about 6.5 feet by 8 feet in size.

Everything in the room was very rough- it had never been painted, the floor was gross... But that's all changed now! Thanks to my friends Karen and Natalie, I had help re-organizing the items we had stored in there, and moving everything out of our guest room/office into the room. We hung shelves, painted, made a desk, put down laminate flooring, decorated... it looks pretty great!
