Oh well. As much as I would love to share that all with you, and have it documented for myself, I'm going to enjoy the fact that I was too busy hosting, cooking and visiting with everyone to take out the camera. But, it was a gorgeous, wonderful, picture perfect Thanksgiving!
Hope yours was too!
Time to get off the computer, and haul out our Christmas tree!
Nancy
P.S.- Here are photos I took this morning of our flower arrangements... Last year I saw something about floating cranberries in the water for Christmas, so I could not help but do that for Thanksgiving too. This year, good 'ol Martha suggested using pumpkins as vases, and those made the perfect centerpiece on our table... I love new ideas!

LOVE the beautiful centerpieces! I also did not take ONE single picture on thanksgiving...but I love that it is always just such a nice, relaxing and laid back day spent hanging out with loved ones. Sometimes when you are soaking in the moment like that, pictures are the last thing on your mind...and that is ok. Glad you had a great one! :)
The cranberrties are so cute! I'm going to use that. My mom will love it too! We used little baby pumpkins, carved out just enough room to plunk down a tea-light candle in them. Also very cute. Happy Holidays!
Nancy, I am so sorry that Rob passed. I know this must be hard for you as it hits so vlose to home. Just wanted you to know I was thinking of you. Hope you hug Ryan extra tight tonight.
Nancy,
Ok, my mistake. I thought I had published a comment about the instant grits a few weeks ago, but my comment is missing so I must have messed something up. Anyway, totally love the centerpieces. I stole your idea of the floating cranberries from last Christmas to use at our Thanksgiving meal this year. You're so creative!!
Sincerely,
Kim
