Aunt Marilyn is in Australia...

But that does not mean she cannot still babysit me!

Okay- I know this is crazy, but isn't technology wonderful?

My sister is working in Australia for the next 6 months or so, and she was missing Jillian terribly. So, thanks to the built in cameras on our Mac computers, we have found a time (usually 7-8am for me which is 9-10pm for her) where she can sit with Jillian and hang out.

In the photos below, Marilyn is balanced on the mantle watching Jillian in her play pen. Usually, she sits next to her highchair while Jillian eats breakfast.

Often, Jillian will reach out and try to give Marilyn some of her food (**note, it's important to put the computer OUT of banana reaching range... haha)

I just had to share... Don't you wonder what Jillian's kids will experience that we could have never fathomed??? Hopefully it will be instant warping/travel. That would be nice. :)

P.S. I should add that there is sometimes a slight jumpyness in the image while Jillian and Marilyn are 'talking' but the sound quality is pretty awesome. As long as you have a good internet connection, you really can hold on a conversation just like you are on the phone!
